„The balance between calm and vivaciousness”

Life pulsates here...

Its like living in the countryside on the outskirts of Seckbach am Frankfurt. Looking out from Lohrberg, you will be soothed by the view of Frankfurt's skyline as you sip apple wine and forget everyday life.

In 1910, an extensive park named the Huthpark was established on the western border of Seckbach. Further north you will reach idyllic country lanes leading into the Lohrberg Park, at an elevation of 180 meters, offering a tremendous view all the way to the Spessart Mountains. In any season, young or old, there is something appealing for everyone- a vineyard laid out on a south-facing slope, a beautiful park or a traditional restaurant.  Wilhelmshoeher Strasse is lined with supermarkets, as well as a number of stores offering everyday essentials. In addition, Seckbach gained special distinction through its traditional "apple-wine" gardens, that serve home-style food and local specialties  in historical ambience. The RMV offers the perfect network for other destinations in the municipal area and beyond, and for those travel ing by car: the freeway is reached in 5 minutes, the airport in 20 minutes.

Anyone living and spending time in Seckbach, doesn't have to make compromises, but simply walk outside and be surrounded by life.

Seckbach was incorporated as part of Frankfurt in 1900.  The Seckbach district location alone stretches from the lowlands of Altmain up to Lohrberg and  Berger Peak. As a result of this ideal location, Frankfurt gained important industry, living space and recreational areas. The Huthpark and Lohrberg national parks were founded  in the valley and the summits, and also small vineyards were cultivated where wine had in earlier times already grown. Frankfurt is still one of the few German cities with its own vineyard within the city.

The residents are as diverse as the district. Young and old, singles and families, artists and business people live here, not just side-by-side, but most importantly together. The city center and the nearby recreation areas can be reached in just a few minutes.

Nowhere else do culture and relaxation exist so near each other.

The building complex, between Seckbacher Landstrasse and Melsunger Strasse represents modern quality of life. Because of the desirable property location and its attractive environment, this project is attractive for investors and private home-owners alike.

The façade assumes the historical design elements of the existing neighboring buildings, so that the complex blends in harmoniously with the street scene.

Through the closure of the edges of the rooms, space was created for a private garden on the ground floor- and raised garden area. The additional apartments feature generous balconies, loggias, or roof terraces. For those who like even more exclusive living, our luxury apartments- including some penthouses- are the suitable choice.

The modern floor plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows, offers all apartments a spacious, light and unique character.

The interior amenities fill all wishes: parquet flooring, underfloor heating, electric  roller shutters, elegant bathroom and large-format tile from well-known designers inject high-quality accents throughout. An underground park-garage offers parking directly accessible from the building, which can be comfortably accessed by elevator.

Whether you are looking for a worthwhile investment or purchasing private property: an apartment in the Melsunger Strasse complex will guarantee your dream of a life of calm and culture.

If you would like to incorporate your own ideas for the interior amenities, simply contact us. We will be happy to discuss your ideas.

Meaning and principle of Dudler

Modern architecture of the future can only be seen in a favorable light, when it incorporates the past and memories.  Future buildings will be my extension and transformation of history as seen in archived pictures.

Consequently, my task is to develop  homes completely optimized, from inside out, based on the fundamental principles of city planning, architecture, and meeting the needs and requirements of the residents and investors.

For me, this process means constantly analyzing the solutions within a concept, provoking me to achieve the highest possible quality, including profitability, durability and energy- efficiency.

My architectural works, therefore, revolve around two poles: objects and space- that means the creation of spaces and the design of objects which define the spaces. These two processes are the fundamental conditions of building.

The meaning and emphasis of a physical, clearly articulated typology, which clearly represents the vision of structure and interior space, is the architectural goal of my work.

The many years experience I acquired through my father's stone masonry and concrete work company are the important groundwork of the planning process of a building.

This applies to the detailing, or rather, the continuation of the design process “down to the last bolt,” and the patience to incorporate a harmonious detail. My signature style developed from these principles and experiences, and is cohesively transferred into the home building concept.
